is customizable to specific needs: AmScribe Basic is a
feature-rich and completely HIPAA compliant platform that
allows single-click, web based uploads and downloads with
central server access from any fat-client. AmScribe Premium
platform adds on the features of Basic with thin-client
access, electronic signatures, more robust EMR, audio
and document tracking capabilities with separate accesses
for physicians and administrators. The Basic platform
is recommended for single physicians and smaller practices
whereas the Premium platform, typically satisfies the
larger or group practices and hospital organizations.

PATIENTS NAMES
The most common mistake in today’s transcript is
the misspelling of your patient’s names. Simply
fax or email your daily schedules directly to our server
and your patient names will be spelled accurately.
REFERRING PHYSICIANS
Why take the time to unnecessarily dictate names and addresses
for your referring physicians? Give us a copy of your
referring physicians, and merely dictate the doctor’s
first and last name. We will fill in the rest for you.
